ORCD’s emergency response teams are pre-positioned, trained, and trusted by local communities. When a disaster strikes, ORCD does not need to establish relationships — they already exist. Non-food items, emergency shelter, winter warmth packages, and medical first response reach communities within days, not weeks. In partnership with UNOCHA, UNHCR, and IOM — and pre-qualified to access Common Humanitarian Funds.
