ORCD UK is a newly established UK charity (registration in progress). These terms will be reviewed and updated as our activities develop, including once our donation system is live.

ORCD UK is a UK-based charity (registration in progress), working alongside ORCD Global, an experienced humanitarian organisation operating in Afghanistan, to mobilise UK support for locally led humanitarian action.

5. Donations
At present, ORCD UK’s website does not process live donations. Where donation functionality becomes available, separate terms specific to that process, covering payment processing, refunds, and Gift Aid, will be provided at the point of donation, and this page will be updated accordingly.
Once live, all donations will be processed through a UK-based payment provider and bank account, in line with UK charity law and regulation.
6. Newsletter and Contact Forms
If you sign up to our mailing list or contact us via the website, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Any personal data you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference.
